Local authors Oyuki Aguilar (The Sport of Parenting), Sarah Bates (The Lost Diaries of Elizabeth Cady Stanton), Janice Coy (A Grave in the Vegetable Garden), and Wanjiru Warama (Unexpected America) will discuss their books and autograph copies bought in advance or at the event. The authors are members of the San Diego Inklings, a local author group that takes its name from a famous group associated with the University of Oxford in the early 1930s to late 1949.

In celebration of Will Eisner Week, join us for a special visit from graphic novel author Tom Waltz. Waltz is a former active duty U.S. Marine, Desert Storm vet, and former California National Guard Military Policeman. He has been the writer for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series since its start in 2011.
