"The goal of San Diego Saves is to help and encourage all San Diegans build financial security by paying off high cost debt and saving for their future. San Diego Saves is organized by the University of California Cooperative Extension, San Diego County and led by a county-wide coalition of nonprofits, financial institutions, government agencies, and in partnership with the local Military Saves campaign. Our local effort is part of the national America Saves campaign administered by Consumer Federation of America."
