Welcome to San Diego County Library's Library High School program. If you are ready to take your education to the next level, you have come to the right place. Library High School offers accredited high school diplomas to San Diego County residents 19 and older. Our program is free and offered entirely online.

San Diego County Library partners with multiple County departments and non-profit agencies to offer Library High School and ensure that all San Diegans have access to educational opportunities. One of the County's key initiatives is to ensure that our communities thrive and in offering this program, the Library proudly supports the County's Live Well mission.

Library High School is offered free of charge to students thanks to funding from San Diego County Library and the California State Library. The program is operated by library services company, Gale/Cengage, and Smart Horizons Career Online High School, an accredited, private national online school district. Graduates of the program will receive a quality education from a nationally recognized entity. We are so glad you are here and look forward to helping you achieve your educational goals.
