In-Person Services

How It Works

  • SDCL is now offering services at all 33 branches.
  • Most services are available at each library, but with some modifications.
  • Services include:
    • Computer use
    • Printing and copying
    • Holds pickup
    • Access to books, movies, and CDs for checkout
    • Wi-Fi access
    • Materials returns
  • Materials may be returned at all branches 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Due to operational needs there may be days where only walk-up doorside service is available to pick up requests. Branches will notify customers through social media with as much notice as possible.
  • Furniture and equipment will remain spread out and sometimes removed to encourage physical distancing.
