From February 14 through February 29, visit a participating San Diego County Library branch to self-assess your blood pressure and access resources related to heart health.
Read Your Beats blood pressure screening stations will be available at the following branches: Alpine, Bonita-Sunnyside, Campo, Casa de Oro, Crest, El Cajon, Fallbrook, Fletcher Hills, Imperial Beach, Jacumba, La Mesa, Lakeside, Lemon Grove, Lincoln Acres, Pine Valley, Ramona, Rancho San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Spring Valley, and Vista.
